The Rooneys
The Rooneys released their second album entitled, ‘Where have you been?' in December 07. This cd offers listeners a taste of the places they have visited since they started performing together in 1999 and shows how they and their music has been influenced by the musicians, audiences and experiences they have met and had along the way. They have broadened their capabilities from original music to original songs offering unique insights without taking themselves too seriously.
Our line up includes,
Sheila, on Bodhrán, Tin whistle, Piano, Drums and vocals;
Linda, on flute and Tin whistle;
Stephen, on Guitar, Banjo, Mandolin, Bouzouki, and vocals;
Sinéad, on Button Accordion, Tin whistle and vocals;
Danielle, on Fiddle and Mandolin;
and finally Eamon on Bodhrán and Concertina.
